The characteristics of cold head forming and hot head forming are compared

　　1. Without heating, it will not occur the material degradation, especially suitable for stainless steel head processing.

　　Through heating, material deterioration will occur, leading to reduce the corrosion resistance of stainless steel head, not suitable for stainless steel head processing.

　　2. Without heating, so there would not generate cooling shrinkage which probably leads to the changing of size. Clear and neat shape, exact dimension and good consistency.

　　As a result of heated forming, the mold expands and the head generates cooling shrinkage, the size is difficult to control and the consistency is poor.

　　3. Without heating, after forming the surface of the head maintains the original smooth and beautiful appearance.

　　Through heating, after forming the surface scale of the head is serious and difficult to remove.
